Poke-Snoip is a small, non-commercial hobby bot run by one person in Norway. It watches the Pokémon and One Piece trading card listings of Norwegian web shops and tells a private Discord community, and the members of its companion website, when a product is new, back in stock, available for preorder, or changes price. Every alert links to the shop's own product page, where people buy.
